Education and Outreach was an important part of the project. This included an intergenerational reminiscence project involved community groups discussing the conflict alongside students from schools and universities. Toolkits
Our toolkits were created as a learning tool aimed at GCSE students studying the 1990s period, however, those studying politics and history subjects will also find its material relevant. Included in each resource are samples of political cartoons, newspaper front pages and political posters.
Exhibitions
Two exhibitions were commissioned and are available to exhibit in other spaces. We Lived It – the Social Impact of the Troubles, and Laughter in the Dark – Illustrating the Troubles.
